Through individual counseling, group sessions, workshops, and resources tailored to meet the diverse needs of our student body, we strive to equip students with the tools and skills they need to thrive both during their time at FDHS and beyond.

Transcript Requests for Current FDHS Students:

All requests for current FDHS student transcripts must be submitted to caseload counselor. Please send counselor an email with transcript request and where it would need to be sent. Please allow 24-48 hours for request to be completed.

Transcript Requests for FDHS Alumni:

All former Frederick Douglass H.S. students requests for official high school transcripts must order an alumni transcript through the Atlanta Public Schools Records Center. Transcript requests must be submitted via Scriborder at the following link: https://apsga.scriborder.com/application

Work Permits:

Effective July 1, 2015, with the exception of minors in entertainment, work permits are no longer required for youth age 16 and older. Students under the age of 16 who are in need of a work permit should follow these step by step directions provided by APS.
